Creating a bespoke taphandle that encompasses the values of the Thatchers family cider makers. This bespoke object is unique to the family business and the use of wooden finish contrasting with the textured metal gives it an authentic yet special feel. The piece of ‘apple tree’ is wrapped by 4 bands of gold metal, each of which represents a generation of the Thatchers family. This suggests the longevity and commitment of the continuing growth of their orchards over the years. The angled chop on the top reveals the Thatchers apple logo that has been ‘crafted over four generations’.
